Adding Collaborators

1. Open Form

   Go to the form you want to share

2. Settings

   Click Settings → Collaborators

3. Invite

   Generate an invite link and share it with your team member

4. Assign Role

   Choose permission level

Roles

Role	Can Do
Form Admin	Everything
Data Maintainer	View and manage submissions
Data Viewer	View submissions only

Workspaces

For larger teams, use workspaces to:

• Organize forms by project or department
• Set default branding
• Manage team members centrally
